attachment size
Hi, Is there any difference between POP3 and Exchange outlook attachment size limits? I have no limits on recipients for send and receive. Organization ---> Hub Transport ---> Send Connector Network-connector limit = 40MB Organization ---> Hub Transport ---> Global Settings Transport settings limit = 40MB Server Configuration ---> Hub Transport ---> Mail-Server ---> Client Connector Maximum message size =40MB Server Configuration ---> Hub Transport ---> Mail-Server ---> Default Connector Maximum message size =40MB But Pop3 outlook clients are facing problem to send 26MB of attachment inside the organization. and exchange users can send 40MB. I am receiving the following error. This message exceeds the maximum message size allowed. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please make the message smaller -- by removing attachments, for example -- and try sending it again, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator Diagnostic information for administrators: Generating server: smtp1.contoso.com #550 5.2.3 RESOLVER.RST.RecipSizeLimit; message too large for this recipient ## There is no limit on recipients for send and receive. Is there any other settings ?

Hi, We can set limitation in 5 levels: Organizational, Global, Connector, Server, User. Please check if you set them properly.
