assistance with Exchange 2010 adding a different email account
Good day
I'm pretty new to exchange but i managed to setup a new server 2010 with a working exchange. i currently have a domain (aaa) where all email's have been set as main. Now i need to take a different email address say ( ddd) and add to (aaa)
account and show in outlook as a separate email address on side task bar. When i go to mailbox option it only allows me to create (aaa). The other problem i have is that after i manage that ,i need (ddd) to be allow to send to 2 account in same domain.

Clear the checkbox that says "Automatically update e-mail addresses based on e-mail address policy".
Or use the shell.
Set-Mailbox -Identity Mailbox_Name -EmailAddressPolicyEnabled $False -EmailAddresses SMTP:NewAddress@domain.com,smtp:OldAddress@domain.com
