hello everyone, i've migrated 20 users from old mailbox server to new one... migration was successful (both mailbox servers are exchange 2007). after migration on client side, when user launches an outlook every time is asking to enter user credentials... any idea?

Hi, Whether the Outlook could open Outlook after inputting the password? Press Ctrl+right click Outlook icon in System Tray, select Connection Status, confirm the protocol of connection: HTTS or TCP/IP, and which type of connectivity is connecting. Thanks AllenAllen Song
