How to set alarm for Outlook .PST size alerter size is over than 1.8GB, and gives alarming massage. So, need your help.

How to set alarm for .PST once reaches to over than 1.8GB

Have you tried the link provided by Bhavyang? If you use Outlook 2010, set the vaule of key WarnFileSize to 1843(1.8G) under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\PST (if the key doesn't exist, add it) And here is another article about this http://www.outlook-stuff.com/lang-en/tips-and-tricks/programming/592-vor-zu-grosser-pst-datei-warnen.html.
