addresslist distribution
HelloI want to distribute several addrestlists to outlook clients. Is it possible to do this with a group policy?I don´t want to go to each client and set the correct addressbook as default.

Hi,
The best way to do it is using the MS provided instructions from here:
Configuring Virtual Organizations and Address List Segregation in Exchange 2007
In this document MS has also provided powershell scripts for each step to automate this process. Many of us have run those scripts successfully with little effort.

Hi
Is this the only way? I don´t need to segregate the offline address book. I only want several Adressbooks as default in Outlook.I´m working with exchange 2010 and segregation is not working at this time.http://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman/archive/2010/03/25/update-exchange-2010-address-list-segregation-white-paper.aspxthanks for your help

Hi,
Yes it is the only way to segregate address lists, whether ALs, GALs or OABs like that, which has also been mentioned here:Shared Hosting with Exchange 2007 (Part 2)
Yes Address list segregation for exchange 2010 document is yet to be announced by MS as mentioned here too: Exchange 2010 Address List Segregation – Update

He doesn't want address list segregation. He wants multiple address lists available from Outlook.
Björn, you can create multiple address lists through Powershell - what you need to do will depend upon what kind of parameters you're using for the address lists. Do you need to create address lists based upon users' locations? On a custom attribute?
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232119.aspx (and the links therein) should get you started, but feel free to elaborate on what you need to do.
