Hi all.

I have a trouble with my 2010 outlook.

Before, when i sent a mail and i asked an acknowledgement of view and the receiver delete the mail without view it i had 

"your message ..... sent to ...;...." was sent without be view.

But sudently i had always a message but without details like the receiver, just date.

I suppose you mean a read receipt here by "an acknowledgement of view"?

I'd like to know the difference in detail, you can send one copy of the previous one and one copy of the current one to our email address:

ibsofc@microsoft.com

As there is no reply from you yet, here are more suggestions:

Please make sure the receipt you request is read receipt instead of delivery receipt. Some users may think they are the same but actually they are different.

Please also make sure the read receipt settings have been configured as you want. In Outlook, click File -> Options -> Mail -> Tracking.
