about:blank

I don't know if it is a stupid question, but I ask anyway.

I have set up a small test network consisting of a server 2012 DC, which is names w2k12-DC01 and Exchange Server 2013 installed a Server 2012, which is named w2k12-Mail, the setup works excapt the mail server does complain about no internet access when ip 6 in activated, but that is another matter entirely.

When I navigate to https://w2k12-Mail/ecp from the Mail server (w2k12-Mail) a popop window opens and states that the about:blank page is being blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.

My question is the following, should I add the about:blank page to the list of trusted sites, or should I just close the popop window and ignore the warning?
