Hi,Do you get any error in evnet log regarding to OAB? Post it here, if you get any otherwise increase the diagnostics logging of OAL on your server and see if you find any error...How to increase the diagnostic logging...- Start Microsoft Exchange System Manager.- If administrative groups are enabled, expand Administrative Groups, and then expand the administrative group that contains the Exchange server that generates the offline address list.- Expand Servers, right-click the Exchange server that generates the offline address list with which you experience this problem, and then click Properties.- In the ServerName Properties dialog box, click the Diagnostics Logging tab.- In the Services list, click MSExchangeSA, click OAL Generator in the Categories list, click Maximum, and then click OK.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

How many Exchange servers do you have? Is Public Folder store running and mounted?Follow first 5 steps available in below KB under "Rehome the Offline Address Book folder" and verify in Replication Tab that which public folder is holding OAB copy. If it has PF server DB which doesn't exist in your organization or no replica then add a PF database which is currently available in your org.http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;822931Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Did you verify public folder replica of various OAB version exists and points to PF DB as mentioned earlier?Reference:http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/ee/transform.aspx?ProdName=Exchange&ProdVer=6.5.7596.0&EvtID=9333&EvtSrc=MSExchangeSA&LCID=1033Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Well, if it is not pointing to correct PF DB then you need to correct it and there isn't any risk involved in it and your OAB is already stopped working.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
