" andinside of details ofsuch error msgi got new, previous and next UID numbers with protocol IMAP and its port number 143. for exmaple: "MsgSeqNum 7419, New UID 19758. Hi Vinod, Which outlook client do you use? Check below KB which is for outlook 2002 but you can recreate IMAP profile for your user and check if you didn't try it already. We are using outlook 2007 and 2003.
