Outlook 2007 is base on the AutoDiscover - which relies on DNS - to find Exchange 2007. So check "test e-mail autoconfiguration" in Outlook to ensure that it can talk to Exchange 2007.

It is working but still I am unable to use OoF in MS Outlook 2007. All users affected. Those who are using MS Outlook 2003 they did not find any issue.

I have checked all the setting as per the link provided. The issue is only with MS Outlook 2007. I can configure OoF via OWA.

Hi Shashi, Form your description, I understand that this error only appeared on Outlook 2007, people who use OWA and Outlook 2003 can work well. For this issue, I suggest follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem: 1. Could you please post the result of “Test e-mail autoconfiguration” here. 2. Please try to browse the OOF url from IE and then check what will return. If any error return, post the detail error information here. 3. Follow this document to see whether it is the same as you status. If so, please download Hotfix to resolve the problem. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954574 If the problem still persists, please feel free to let me know and I will be glad to help. Best Regards, Evan
