I attempted to send a message with a GMail account in Outlook 2013 and didn't realize the total size was too be; woe is me.
Now I am repeatedly getting the message "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Message too large. http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=8770"
Clearly, Outlook is repeatedly attempting to send the message and not stopping after dozens of failures.
The crux of the problem is that as an IMAP account, this message does not appear in my Outbox or Sent Items folder so I cannot delete
it I can't find any outbox to delete the message from, so every two minutes it tries to send it.
How do I get Outlook to give up on sending this so I can correct the problem with the message?
I am seeing this message as often as every second.
I know there are a lot of posts regarding this problem, but I don't understand the replies that are posted, and it doesn't help me resolve the problem.
PLEASE HELP.
