You do not have your fully qualified domain name for your mailserver in the header
There are several customers that are not receiving our emails. I check the spam filter server and I do not see anything that would indicate a problem with the spam filter. I email the ISP DNS team and mention to me that the FQDN is not setup correctly. This is what they say "You do not have your fully qualified domain name for your mailserver in the header. When they do the reverse lookup, they cannot validate it against your domain because you do not have it on the server." How do I check the header or change the header to make sure it has the correct FQDN for the mailserver?
Thanks

First, I would check in ESM, Servername, Protocols, SMTP, Default SMTP VIrtual Server (Properties), Delivery, Advanced, Fully-qualified domain name.
If it looks correct, I would read the below articles. If it is not correct, I would change it to what it should be.
