Hi ,

Just try to provide the permissions in active directory through dsa.msc console .

In dsa.msc console ----> Find the user ----> go to the properties ---->security tab --->select "SELF" ---->Allow send as permission  for "SELF" ---->apply --->ok

Hi,

Can other users send emails?

Please try the following method to check permission on your mailbox.

  1. Open the Active Directory Users and Computers.
  2. On the View menu, click Advanced Features.
  3. Open the properties of your mailbox.
  4. Click the Security tab, and then click Advanced.
  5. Click the Enable inheritance button if it has not already been enabled.

Hey!

that works but have yet could not send from OWA but could change :

  1. Log into EAC (Exchange Admin Center) via: https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/.
  2. Click recipientsmailboxes. Then double click on your mailbox.
  3. In the pop-up window, click mailbox delegation in the left panel. Then check if the user NT AUTHORITY\SELF in listed under the Send As permission. This is used by the user him/herself so that he/she can send message out in his/her mailbox.
  4. If so, please save the changes and log into OWA using your credential and try again.
  5. If not, please try assign the permission using the steps below

try powershell command:

Add-RecipientPermission -Identity "user@contoso.com" -Trustee "NT AUTHORITY\SELF"  -AccessRights SendAs  -Verbose

but will not work is something with my member server there have Exchange 2013.

Under APPS can not see from my AD computer programs for AD and osv.
