If you're getting this from outside your network, then your ISA server is probably misconfigured. If you're getting this from within your network, then your DNS is probably misconfigured.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hi, Check the followling KB: Error message when you try to change the password of a user account even if you configure ISA Server 2006 to allow users to change their passwords http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945814/en-us Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
