In conversation view and when i reply to the old email a notification (info) pops up stating that "you are not replying to the latest email in this conversation "(information message)

I am using Pop account of gmail in outlook 2013 pro plus and i am not able to get that pop up(information message) in a system

while other machine with pop account of gmail/Office 365 Exchange account with office 2013 pro plus are able to get that pop up(information message). what troubleshooting i can do to get that information message on that machine

I was able to resolve this by configuring POP profile

In IMAP profile this feature does not seems to work
