I am in a very bed incident.

As a customer uses Outlook on my Apple computer and and my samsung note 3 phone- very frequently I lose all the mail in the inbox. It will simply disappear.

Why would this happen? I have tried everything. I need many of this email. I was wondering what are you going to do about it.
