One of my users expeiences a problem where upon a reboot all his network passwords and internet passwords have to be re-entered. Even more strange is that the certificate he has to access a website stops working and must be re-installed. The certificate is there but is no longer usable. Having reinstalled the certificate a few times I have now instructed him not to reboot his machine. I have spent ages on this problem and am lost. The machine is softwared from an image the same as most of the other PCs in our company and no setting changes have been made to it - I have also trawled through every setting in IE and the control panel and even local group policy but cannot find anything wrong. I am at the end of my teather with this one. PLS help me!!!!
