Hi, my first post on TechNet, and I hope that I am raising my issue in the correct place, if not, I apologise.I have recently upgraded to Windows Vista, from XP, and I never decrypted my paperwork files. I have not exported any keys or have any backups. I have taken ownership of the files and the folder they are contained within, but still I am unable to decrpty my files. Is there another way in which I could retrieve my files, as access is denied to me.I am the sole user of my pc, and I need to retrieve information asap from my paperwork files.Can anyone advise, or put me in the right direction of advice for me to resolve my issue.Thanks.
