Please provide some context.  Are multiple users using the same credential?

According to the error, the issue may be caused by that there are too many sessions from OWA clients. Thus, lets firstly check if there is any error 9646 in your application log.

Same issue we have, OWA not able to update the calendar from certain machines, but can from a different location. And if we wait for 5 mins or 10 it usually fixes itself but that's not reliable what is a sure fix for this issue ? Add more ram to server ? Some settings on exchange we can tweak ?
