I found all permissions for a configured delegate in the 'DelegateUser.Permissions' class but I can not find the option 'Write summary to delegate'. Do you know where can I find it in the Exchange Web Services Managed API? Thank you.

Sorry I have only a screenshot from a german Outlook.

That feature isn't part of the Delegate operation in EWS (or MAPI for that mater) https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc425488(v=exchg.80).aspx its actually something that the client (in this case Outlook) is producing. If you want to replicated that feature in EWS you would have to generate the Message yourself and send it.
