I have created various Word 2013 Templates (without macros) locally on my PC.

How can I use these Templates online without being connected to my PC?

The main reason for asking is that I can only see Microsoft Templates online.

You need to post them on a website you control (like DropBox).

What machine are you trying to use them on if not your PC?

If using your PC, look at File New Variations in the Versions of Word for ideas on accessing them e

Are you using a tablet, laptop, desktop PC?

Have you designated the OneDrive location as a workgroup templates location in your file location options? I do NOT recommend designating it as your user templates location. I use Word 2013 on a laptop and destop PC, I have not used Office 365 but am not aware of any significant difference.
