Hello, I have a user in the office that is working with a Word 2013 document. He's tracking changes from both his side and the customers as they work through the contract document. If he prints the entire document the comments, changes, and formatting all print correctly. However, to save paper he wants to print via "current page" sometimes but the grey box prints out but no comments, changes, or formatting notations are printing.  It shows them onscreen but doesn't prinoutou.  I tested the document on my computer and everything works fine.  I appreciate any help offered.  Thank you.
