Word 2010 cannot see changes to document from SharePoint 2010
I manage a SharePoint 2010 library, and one of our users cannot access the current version of one of the Word documents. Every time the user attempts to open or edit the file, the version that appears is a month old, and is flagged as currently being edited by another user. Everyone else can open and edit the document with no problems. The issue seems to be with the user's computer itself. I tried clearing the user's Internet Explorer cache, and running Disk Cleanup to clear out the Office cache. What other caches should I clear?

Hi,

I suggest we confirm which caused the issue. Computer client or Account.

Next, we may use the account to test in the other computer. If it works fine, I think we
may force on the Computer client. As you said to clear the user's Internet
Explorer cache and Office cache.

If it does not work fine, I recommend we edit the different file to test or rebuild the
account.

If you upgrade the information, we can do more deeply research.
