Wiping an Iphone that the former employee has deleted the exchange account - Exchange 2007
I am an employer and recently had an employee leave. He had a personal Iphone that he had setup for MS Exchange. Upon resigning he deleted the Exchange account from his Iphone. The higher ups still want me to delete the information on his Iphone, but if he has already deleted the Exchange account I don't think there is a way to "wipe" it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

1. Disable his active-sycn access. 2. If his iphone is no longer connected to your exch, you cant delete anything from it. SukhSukh

Hi, What actions have been performed on the server side. Is the user's mailbox disabled? If disabled to the best of my knowledge we cannot perform remote wipe. Even if disabled, if the AD account is active, you can attach the mailbox to AD account and then perform remote wipe. Thanks Shiv.
