Hi, R U talking about Windows Server or Exchange Server 2007 ? Because as per my knowledge there is nothing with the name Windows Server 2007. If you want to ask about Exchange 2007 so kindly check your receive connectors that those are configured well or there is something wrong with them. For more details of exchange receive connectors check these links. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996395%28EXCHG.80%29.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125128%28EXCHG.80%29.aspx Regards. I'm assuming that your mail server is receiving from other organizations and that you have just noticed that Hotmail and Gmail are not able to send you e-mail. Run the Inbound SMTP E-mail test on the Exchange Connectitvity tester: https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/Default.aspx See what that comes up with. Would you please let me know what's the error message when a user try to send mail from Hotmail or Gmail? Please tell us the version of your exchange server. Whether the internal user could send mail to Hotmail and the Hotmail could reply this message or not? Thanks Your expertise never fails to impress!
