The active directory error The active directory installation wizard cannot continue because the forest is not prepared for installing windows server 2003, use the adprep command -line tool to prepare both the forest and the domain. The version of the active directory schema of thesource forest is not compatible with the version of active directory on this computer.

Are you using the adprep from your win 2003 x64 media onto the schema master? Also use the hotfix below. Error message when 64-bit versions of ADPREP fail to execute when they run on 32-bit versions of Windows: “ADPREP.EXE is valid, but is for a machine time other than the current machine” http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919151/en-usJames Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
