Windows XP (SP3) - First run of Outlook 2010 and Windows Search
We are deploying Outlook 2010 (part of Office 2010) and moving users from GroupWise to Outlook. When the user (up to 10,000 of then eventually) does their first search they are prompted with:
The latest version of Windows Search is not installed. Instant Search will be available after Windows Search is installed or updated. Please contact your system administrator.
1) Can Windows Search be pushed to Office 2010
or
2) Can we deploy outlook with so they don't get the message to download Windows Search

You can deploy Windows search using Group Policy.
