My MAC address had a problem (that the result was getting a new MAC address), and I had my campus IT services look at my copmuter to fix it. My campus IT service told me to contactMicrosoft in order to get myMAC address "updated". I do not want to call Microsoft and pay $60.00. Who should i contact?
