Hello to all, I have some serious problems with the WUA on my PCs. It always appears the svchost.exe error message (The detailed error is: "unknown software exception" (0x000001d)) We have already made the following steps to solve the problem: - Installed the Microsoft KB927891 Update - Updated the WUA to Version 3.0 But the problem was still there. Then I changed the DEP options in the boot.ini file (from noexecute to execute). Now the error doesn't appear, but it's no Solution for the problem itself. I'd be glad for any help!
