Windows 7 - System Repair Loop - Then .exe failure - Appears has lost all associations with .exe and .dll

Im in the proverbial and appreciate any guidance and assistance.

Running Lenovo Laptop Y570 Win 7 MS Office 2010 and Eset Antivirus

So first things first,

I was starting my computer next morning and ended up with a start up loop which was resolved however afterwards fails now to load Office, Google, IE

I ran Ipconfig and it appears I cant get to the router either, my other computers do so no router issue

Windows appeared to work fine except when I tried any MS Office program gives me (Box title)

Outlook.exe bad image - Contents of box "(Filepath to) office 14\mso.dll" is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error in fact most .dll's will not work if asked to

I was installing Roguekiller when a box pops up saying (Box tittle) "Unsupported 16 bit application" incompatibility with 64 bit versions of windows contact vendor to see if 64 bit version available.  Hang on wait what?

Have also run into HH.exe Bad Image as well.

Really appreciate any help please

Have also run SFC /scannow 5 times rebooted after each

Ran Roguekiller successfully

Ran Malware Bytes

While I have Internet access I cant start a browser, I dont have any disks ie these are keys only for WIndows 7 and Outlook Prof 2010

(I am using a different computer) other tools I have USB drive and external Hardrive

In a shocking spot

Hi Melon,

I have restored to earlier point no luck.

in terms of .exe files, some work some dont, anything I install on there now works.

Have been to Programs and tried to fix MS Office it brings up the office splash logo and nothing further.

I have issues wih mso.dll and ieframe.dll I cannot register either as it tells me "The module ieframe.dll may not be compatible with the version of windows = check to see if it is compatible with X86 or X64 version of regsvr.exe

I have found a MS Windows 7 disk and gone to reinstall from within windows hoping it will upgrade and find/fix file errors, but wont get past the .exe and ieframe.dll conflicts.  will bring up windows 7 splash screen and let me pick MS Proffessional 7 but thats it

I have also run sfc.exe /scannow and has picked up errors it can not repair

Thanks

Lee
