Hi We have changed our computers over to Windows 7, new PC's and kept our exchange server. We are running Outlook 2010 on Pc's and Outlook 2003 on some netbooks. Neither can connect to exchange server any more and we are having to use a pop account which is not only frustrating it is limiting our effectiveness. This also means our Blackberrys are not aligned with out outlook folders either (calendar etc) without syncing. We don't have an IT department as we are a small co. And I am at a loss as to what to do. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

Hi, Apparntly there are some issues with the exchange server since none of the clients can connect to it. Look at the services on the exchange server and make sure that all services configured to automatic are also started. A restart of the exchange server might do the trick. Also look in the applications log on th exchange server to see if there are any clues there. If this doesn't help it might be easier for you to call a consultant to get the exchange server back.
