Windows 2008 Exchange and Windows Mail/Windows Live Mail
Hi all,
I posted a question on DC forum and they forwarded me to Exchange forum. My question is:
I have 300+ PCs in the office, vista and windows 7 boxes, and I'm looking for a way to configure Windows Mail/Windows Live Mail on the PC via Group Policy.
So the question is pretty straight forward, is there is a way to set up GPO that will set up users Mail account on log-on so IT Support don't have to do it every time when there are 20-30 New people starting in our call center.
Thanks.

Windows Live Mail is a consumer app and not aimed at enterprise use. I'd suggest considering Outlook, part of the MS Office suite which has rich capabilities for configuration at A) deployment time, B) GPO and C) is the native client for your Exchange environment.
Additionally, if you have Exchange why are you using Windows Live Mail? If you don't have/want to buy Office, you could instead use Outlook Web App and simply provide the URL to the staff.

Thank you for the advise, i will think about giving out URL of web app.
Will still look for a way to archive windows live mail goal.
P.S. Can somebody tell me where can i find Windows Live Mail profile/account file where usernames and passwords are stored? Is it in registry or is it in a specific file?
Thanks.
