After I upgraded my surface 3 pro to windows 10, and synchronized with OneNote on my iPhone, I can not open my OneNote anymore on my surface. Same message pops up saying we were unable to sign you in please try later... can Microsoft advise what is the issue and how to fix, thanks.

I am facing similar issues on my HP Spectre x360. This happened at a time I was really getting into the Store version of OneNote. Had to revert to using OneNote 2013 that came with my MS Office installation,

Open powershell as admin and type the following instructions...
get-appxpackage *microsoft.office.onenote* | remove-appxpackage
Then go back to store and install OneNote.
