Windows 10 - Outlook 2013 - Rackspace Error

I built a new system using W10Pro 64-bit DVD.

I installed Outlook 2013 on new computer and moved all accounts.

All of the other email accounts are working except for one account and it is hosted by Rackspace.

The account is set as:

secure.emailsrvr.com,995,SSL

secure.emailsrvr.com,465,SSL

I get an error: "your email server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings."

However, the account is still active on Windows 7 PRO and it is working correctly.

I have gone back and reinstalled the account MANY times and get the same error.

I have also ran SFC /scannow and no errors were found.

System drive is a SSD, 512GB.

Anyone have any insight as to what the issue could be?

Is it possible that I need a certificate on the NEW computer to use the secure.emailsrvr.com?

Thanks,

Jim

Hi Jim,

How did you configure the account in Outlook? Via IMAP or POP3?

Can you log into the webmail interface of your email account on the Windows 10 machine?

Do you use the same email settings on the Windows 7 machine as you set on the Windows 10 machine?

Please make sure you entered your full email address in the User Name field under Logon Information:
