Windows 10
Against my better judgement, I downloaded Windows 10 today, lost Outlook, Excel, Word.  How do I get them back, especially all my folders in Outlook.  Have many for sewing for my granddaughters, plus other e-mails I was saving.  Where are they now, and how can I get them back.  I am certainly willing to get rid of Windows 10 and go back to Windows 7 Premium Home.

Hi,

As described you lost Outlook, Excel and Word, may I know how you got them in Windows 7? Did you purchase Office and install it? If you still have the product key, you can download it from this link below:

If you have any issue activating Office again, I suggest you contact the local customer service:

For Outlook, I'd like to know what type of account you used in it? If it's an Exchange, IMAP or Exchange ActiveSync account, all the emails should still be stored on the Server, you can get them as soon as you setup the account in Outlook again. If you used a POP3 account before, you need to find the .pst file, in which all the data is stored, and import these items from the .pst file to Outlook again.
