Win Serv 03 / Exc Serv 03 Can't Send Receive email after moving server...
Newbee question...We recently moved our mail and web server to a new location and changed ISP. We are able to connect to the server via web/owa and Outlook but we are unable to send or receive and email. I noted that when I try and send an email from OWA it appears to send but does not show up in sent folder. We have checked all DNS changes and it appears to be correct. Any one know what this issue might be? Very desparate at this time to get this back up and running. Thank you in advance.

In addition, I just sent an email to a user on this server and I did not receive any error message response back. I am assuming that the email was received and just not posted to the user.

Hi, Please download ExBPA to have a health check for the Exchange Server. Please use queue viewer and let us know the queues name in which emails stuck and "Additional Queue Information" of those queues. To troubleshoot the mail flow issue, you can refer to the following KB: How to troubleshoot for Exchange Server 2003 transport issues http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821910/en-us How to use Queue Viewer to troubleshoot mail flow issues in Exchange Server 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823489/en-us Thanks, Elvis
