Win 7 and Outlook 2010

Good morning Everyone,

I have a few users that when they log into a pc that is on our work domain, that their Outlook settings don't stay. It isn't their first time logging into that computer. I have had to reconfigure their outlook email every time they log onto the pc. I have even gone and wiped their profile on that pc to see if that was a problem with their Win7 profile, but that still doesn't fix that problem. Has anyone else run in to this problem themselves?

Hi,

Does this issue continue if we log onto the computer using administrator account?

Are other changes made by these users on the computer retained when the users log off and then log onto the computer again? We may try to install a program on the computer, log off and then login to see if the installed program will be retained.

If the program is not retained, please check if you're logging into the computer using mandatory user profile. It's a type of profile that administrators can use to specify particular settings for users. Only system administrators can make changes to mandatory user profiles. Changes made by the user to desktop settings are lost when the user logs off.
