I am running a dell 531 with windows vista 32bit home basic. For some reason (i have no idea why) my computer will load and then right before it gets to the log on screen it just turns black and all i can see is the mouse. I finally was able to disable where it has to have a drive signature to work to load. But the problem now is i have to do that every time, and also i can't go onto my control panel or anything related to it plz help thank you.
