Why would a user not get some emails yet get others and why would some emails disappear after a while after being read?
The user is using outlook 2007 as the client and we have Exchange 2003 on the server. The user does not have any filters or spam settings different than anyone else(default). What might I look at or where should I start?I'm not an expert with Exchange Server so please be patient with me.Thanks all...-ct

Would it be possible for you to take a MFCMAPI session to the user mailbox & see if he has some hidden rules like re-directing mails to his .pst. Also can you run this command on the user desktop or laptop. Outlook/ CleanrulesMost probably taking a MFCMAPI session & looking for some hidden rules I hope so would solve the issue.RegardsKiran

Thanks for the reply guys, but neither of these things worked. and what's weird is that internal or external mail may come in to my mailbox on the server and then it will go away after a few minutes...and some emails never come in at all. it's intermittent and quite frustrating.
