Greetings,I know this may be a basic question but I have to ask. The virtual pop service should start if your POP services (under Services) are set to start automatically. Can you confirm for me that you have that set first? That may sound too basic and you may be thinking 'of course I did that first' but some folks have had this problem and not realized that the virtual pop services wont work if the underlying POP services aren't started (and they are set to start manually by default). No worries though, there are solutions for this problem and we can work through them together.J. Any update on this? I agree the services should be set to automatic. Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Greetings,Yes, I'm curious myself to see if the person was able to resolve the issue with a simple services change. If so, wonderful... but I'm assuming there may be another issue I'm bracing for if they respond with a 'no' on the simple fix.J. Peter
