Am running Windows 8.1

When I start my Office software an Activation Wizard appears asking me to activate the software by entering its ID number.

This software has been installed over one year.  Why is it doing this now?

Your images are broken, do you mind re-uploading or sending to us via Email(ibsofc@microsoft.com).

Then, I have a couple of questions:

• Did you use Office 2013 or Office 365 activation of an Office suite
• Was this issue occurred after you installed some programs or updates?

Next, let us try entering the product key for Office 2013 and then try activating to check. To do that, open the Word application and go to File and Accounts, on the right side click Change Product Key.

If issue persists, you may contact the Microsoft Activation team and get Office 2013 activated.
