Why doesn't AutoPick Next, in Propose New Time, recognize that times are outside of working hours?

In Propose New Time, I'm still able to use the AutoPick Next option, which is great.  However, I work with many Californians (I'm in NC) and we have a 3 hours overlap where it's not work time, as identified in our Outlook settings, for one of us.  Why doesn't the AutoPick Next feature recognize those times that are greyed out?  I have to click several times over to skip past these timeslots.  Is there a setting where I need to activate it to choose only times that are within all recipients work hours?

AutoPick Next in Propose New Time

Hi,

As far as I can tell, we don't have much control about this option.

I've tested it in my Outlook 2013 as well, after clicking the "AutoPick Next" button, it doesn't skip the greyed blocks - unless it's out of my working days. So as for your concern, it should be by design and we can't change it so far.
