Thank you Novak. The "-AutomateProcessing AutoAccept" parameter configured the room to automatically decline conflicting meetings.

Thought you had already ran that cmdlet. Shouldn't be checked unless mailbox was set up as a direct booking mailbox. You clear those settings and then run the cmdlet -automateprocessing autoaccept.
