Why do all of the default templates just open a blank page?
Using Visio 2013 Standard, when I go to create a new drawing it doesn't matter if I select a Blank Drawing or a Wirefram Diagram or a Network Diagram, they all open a blank page in Visio with no shapes/stencils on the left. Why do all of the default templates
open a blank drawing and how can I change that?

Like if I go to More Shapes > Business > Brainstorming Shapes, it will show the shapes in that group and I can drag them over to the blank sheet.
EDIT: Noticed that there is no Software category or subcategory in Stencils. Nothing for constructing wireframes.
