Running Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003 R2, when trying to move a mailbox in Mailbox Store with the Exchange Task Wizard the Server and Mailbox Store features are greyed out. The 'Current Mailbox Store' field is auto populated with the current information but is not able to be changed. How can I enable the greyed out fields?

Do you have the rights to perform that task? Make your account a member of the exch full admin role and test. Sukh
