Why I cannot make changed under MSConfig - I'm getting an administrative restriction
I try unchecking certain background programs however when I click apply and tells me that I don't have administrative previledges to save changes. Why is this happening when my account settings have administrative rights? How can I change this ruling? ThanksTea
