Why Does Outlook 2013 Suck So Hard?

Hello,

I have a problem with my Outlook client that has been happening for quite some time now with my Office365 account.  They can't seem to address the problem, so they pushed me over here.  Here is the thread for reference:

It would be nice to know why Outlook provides an error message with a link for more information, but when visited it does not work and takes you to a general page.  Does anyone in the Outlook team care and/or test their product any more?

This has been an ongoing issue.  I have spoken with Office365 and Outlook Client support a couple of times now.  Both have suggested to simply create a Mail Rule for my Sync Folder and essentially sweep it under the rug.  The problem is that this has not happened to my account for 3-4 years, and started occurring last November.  So, something happened starting last November that created this problem.  The only thing that I can think of is that I did move locations last September.  However, that is a full 2 months that I was in this location without experiencing this issue.  So, a head-scratcher for now and I guess I will sweep it under the rug until my next move (maybe 6 months away?).
