Why Does Outlook 2013 Suck So Hard?

Hello,

I have a problem with my Outlook client that has been happening for quite some time now with my Office365 account.  They can't seem to address the problem, so they pushed me over here.  Here is the thread for reference:

https://community.office365.com/en-us/f/158/p/402346/990825#990825

It would be nice to know why Outlook provides an error message with a link for more information, but when visited it does not work and takes you to a general page.  Does anyone in the Outlook team care and/or test their product any more?

Thank you,

Michael

Well, one full hour with Office365 "support" behind me on this issue.  They claim it is not Office365, but is actually due to the Outlook client.  This is strange as this has been occurring since November 1, 2014.  I have been on the same network and everything since September of 2014.  So, something started on November 1st to cause these issues, and they have been happening every day since, and occur in pairs (or triplets at times).

The proposed "solution" was to simply create a rule that moved these Sync issues into the Deleted Items folder! LOL.  Uhhhhh... how about no.

So, it's been escalated to Outlook Client team for the next round of invasive, disuptive, screen-sharing mayhem.

But hey, the tech support managed to reference the ticket by its last 4 digits.  So, there's that.
