Why Does Outlook 2013 Suck So Hard?

Hello,

I have a problem with my Outlook client that has been happening for quite some time now with my Office365 account.  They can't seem to address the problem, so they pushed me over here.  Here is the thread for reference:

It would be nice to know why Outlook provides an error message with a link for more information, but when visited it does not work and takes you to a general page.  Does anyone in the Outlook team care and/or test their product any more?

Thank you,

Michael

Hi Michael.

What version of Exchange server are you using?

From the synchronizing error, the issue seems related to Public Folder. Do you have any public folder mailboxes created in your environment? If so, can you access the public folders via Outlook client and OWA?

Please also make sure there is no public folder added to Favorites. If there is a public folder in the Favorites, please remove it and then check if this issue persists.

If you no longer use public folders, please try removing the public folder databases and then test it again. For your reference:

Thank you for your reply Steve.  As outlined in the link above, I am using Office365.  I have never created a public folder and I am not sure where they are to delete one.  When visiting the link above, Office365 is not listed under the "Applies To" list.
