While accessing GAL the server connection got disconnected(Exchange cached mode enabled client only)
Hi While try to access the GAL we are getting the follwing error message the connection to Microsoft exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.(This problem is persisting if exchange cached mode enabled in outlook client, through the OWA and online mode its working well without any error message for all users) .Khaja Hameed

Hello, Its an OAB issue. You need to check the autodiscover and OAB by using Test Email Autocnfiguration in Outlook. Thanks, Simon

Hi Khaja, Did you tried outlook with Cached mode within the corporate network, Is this happening for this kind of users also ? Regards, Ashwini Know more about Messaging :-)
